The year 2022 started with the usual assortment of private key compromises, smart contract hacks, and Discord takeovers. It’s worthwhile to look back this week with an excellent collection of year end reports by Immunefi, CertiK, Halborn, Knownsec, Chainalysis, and others to get a taste of what’s to come. In other news, Norton and Avira got really greedy by introducing cryptominers in their AV software while labeling legitimate miners (and each other) as malicious!
